Our alarm response services are organised at our control room. We provide coverage for the Illawarra and South Coast areas 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We must respond to alarms in a timely matter. We will dispatch a patrol person immediately to attend your alarm, priority is given to all alarms activated. If a robbery or vandalism has occurred our patrol persons remain on site until a key holder arrives and the site is made secure.
